I'm more than a little jealous comparing your bountiful pantry with the few bags of tomatoes I ended up with in my freezer!!!! Oh well, there's always next year...
Ha ha... I feel a lil' canning competition coming on. I could can you into the ground! ;-) And as far as Idaho goes, it's all just potato farms anyway, right? Is there really a good side? (Oi -- I'd better get the Idaho-bashing out of my system now before we become residents!! Yikes!)
P.S. We'd love to take a drive down south sometime... say ten hours or or so???
